The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, December 29, 1992 commencing at 1:30 p.m.
Members Present Chairman P. Wallace
Councillors M. Loewen
B. Scheuerman
P. Barg
Representative G. Niznik
Assist. Admin. M. Bowen
Excused from Meeting
All members were in attendance at this meeting.
Minutes
Minutes of the November 25, 1992 meeting were presented to the
Commission. Moved by Councillor Scheuerman that we adopt these
minutes as circulated. Carried.
Business from Minutes
6-2 Permit #1094 - Martin
The Assistant Administrator reported on the appeal date. Moved
by Councillor Loewen that we apply for an extension on this appeal.

Moved by G. Niznik that we approve this application and recommend
