A special Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County of Newell #4 was held in the
County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Tuesday, June 8, 1993 commencing at 1:30 p.m.
Members Present Chairman P. Wallace
Councillors M. Loewen
P. Barg
Representative G. Niznik
Planner D. Fleming
D.C.O. D. Grosfield
Secretary D. James
1. Call Meetino to Order
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
2. Waiver of Notice of Meetino
The signed Waiver of Notice of Meeting is attached to, and forms part of, these minutes.
3. Jager Development
Jager Development presented their proposed subdivision to the Commission and the following
items were discussed:
• General Plan
• Subdivision Plans
• Roads
• Utilities
• Drainage
• Permits
• P.U.L. Agreements
• Condominium•style Development
After further discussion, it was moved by Councillor Barg that we approve this proposed
subdivision subject to deferred reserves on the NE 1.18-15.4, a Servicing Agreement to be drawn
up with the County of Newell, and that this be recommended to County Council for final
approval. Carried.
4. Adjourn
Moved by G. Niznik that the meeting adjourn at 2:30 p.m. Carried.
