Minutes Minutes of the June 30, 1993 meeting were presented. Moved by Councillor Barg that we adopt these minutes as circulated. Carried. 3. Business from Minutes There was no business arising from the minutes. 4. Delegations 1. Ivan Wigemyr -Proposed Subdivision - SW 31.18-15-4 Mr. Wigemyr met with the Commission and presented his plans for this proposed subdivision. After discussion, it was moved by Councillor Barg that we refer this matter to the S.E. Alberta ~~ • Regional Planning Commission and point out our concerns regarding roads, no water provision to ~j' this subdivision, access to isolated parcels, and Ion ran a Ian for subdivision and acces 9 9 p s to this partial quarter section, and that no further action be taken on this proposed subdivision until such time as comments from the Planning Commission are received. Carried. ,~^'- 2. William Harstead -Proposed Subdivision • SE 8-20-14-4 5. Mr. Harstead met with the Commission and discussed two proposals for possible subdivision an the above-noted location. It was recommended to Mr. Harstead that he contact the S.E. Alberta Regional Planning Commission to discuss this matter further and that he also check with the Eastern Irrigation District as to water or water rights to this subdivided area. 3. Dennis Peatman -Development -Lot 6 Block 1 Plan 7910951 Mr. Peatman met with the Commission and pointed out his concerns regarding the Development Application on Lot 6. He advised there is a caveat registered against this property which restricts the placing of any mobile home in this area. He also advised that the cul-de-sac, or turn-around at this property is being fenced off by one of the property owners. He was advised that we will be looking into this matter further. Permits 1. #1154 -Chris Kerir- Mobile Home -Lot 6 Block 1 Brooks Plan 7910951 After hearing the information presented to the Commission on this proposed Permit, it was moved by Councillor Barg that we refuse this Development Permit due to the caveat registered against the property restricting mobile homes being placed on these lots. Carried. 2. #1161 -James BeaverlHannah Mathers -Greenhouse -Lot 9 Block 1 Brooks Plan 9010982 Application for development on a greenhouse on this property was presented. As further information is required on this item, it was moved by G. Niznik that we table this application. Carried. 6. Land Use Changes Nil. 7 ~~T~ Home Occupation Licences Nil. ~'"' 8. Subdivisions ~- 1. 93 SE 20 -Gallus Tabled. 2. 93 SE 30 -Gallup Tabled. 9. Other Business ,-~ 1. Jager Service Agreement This was presented to the Commission for information. 2. Martin Permit Information was presented regarding this Development Permit. 3. Report to Council re: SubdivisionlAgriculture Land The Secretary advised that Mr. Doug Fleming will be presenting a report on this item to Council. 10. Development Report ,--~ Moved by Councillor Scheuerman that we accept the Development Report for the month of July. Carried. 11.
