The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County of Newell #4 was held in the
County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Tuesday, September 28, 1993 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

2. Minutes
Minutes of the August 31, 1993 meeting were presented. Moved by Councillor Loewen that we
adopt these minutes as circulated. Carried.
3. Business from Minutes
4.1 I. Wigemyr - SW 31-18-15.4 -Land Use Change
This item was discussed and the consensus was that we obtain further information before a
decision is made.

Moved by G. Niznik that we approve this licence. Carried.
2. #38 -Robert Taylor -Computer Business -Lot 1 Plan 7810394 • Brooks
Moved by Councillor Barg that we approve this licence. Carried.
7. Subdivisions
1. 93 SE 87 - NW 34.18-15-4 - K. Vikedal
Moved by Councillor Barg that we refuse this subdivision as it does not meet our Land Use
Bylaw requirements as the parcel is too narrow to meet the set-back regulations. Carried.
2. 93 SE 92 -Lot 6 Block 1 Plan 8211419 • F. Skuban
Councillor Scheuerman arrived at the meeting at 2:15 p.m.
Moved by Councillor Loewen that we table this application for further information. Carried.
3. 93 SE 79 - I. Young
Moved by Councillor Scheuerman that we lift this application from the table. Carried.
After discussion, it was moved by Councillor Loewen that we table this application for further
information and have Mrs. Young attend the next M.P.C. meeting. Carried.
4. 93 SE 80 - I. Young
Moved by Councillor Scheuerman that we lift this application from the table. Carried.
After discussion, it was moved by Councillor Loewen that we table this application for further
information. Carried.
8. Delegation
1. Virginia Collins -Dog Complaints
Virginia Collins met with the Committee to provide information on dogs that she raises on her
.-~ acreage. After discussion, the Committee felt that more information is required and this will be
obtained and brought back at the next M.P.C. meeting.
9. Other Business
1. Permit #1154
The Development Control Officer reported on this permit.
10. Development Report
The Development Report for the month of September was presented. Moved by G. Niznik that
we accept this report. Carried.
