The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was held in
the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Tuesday, June 25, 1996 commencing at 10:00 a.m.

Minutes of the May 28, 1996 meeting were presented to the Commission. Moved by Councillor
Scheuerman that we adopt these minutes as circulated. Carried.
3. Call for Post Agenda Items
The Chairman called for post agenda items.
4. Adoation of Agenda
Moved by A. Zagorsky that the agenda be adopted as presented. Carried.

9. Subdivisions

Moved by Councillor Scheuerman that we recommend to Council the approval of this subdivision
subject to the applicant meeting all requirements of the Eastern Irrigation District with respect
to the conveyance of water; and subject to deferral of reserve onto the remnant parcel. Carried.
10. Delegations

The scheduled delegation was not in attendance.
2. Regnar Slot - 96 NL 11 - NE 28-20-15-4
~ The delegation was in attendance to discuss his proposed subdivision. Moved by Councillor Baksa
that we recommend to Council the approval of this subdivision subject to the applicant
consolidating Title of the remnant parcel with the W% of the NE 28-20-15-4; and subject to the
applicant meeting all requirements of the Eastern Irrigation District with respect to the
~ conveyance of water. Carried.
11. Development Report
The Development Control Officer presented her report for May 23, 1996 to June 19, 1996.
Moved by A. Zagorsky that we accept this report. Carried.
12. Correspondence
There was no correspondence.
13. Other Business
1. Harold Torkelson -Letter of Credit
The Development Control Officer presented information on this item to the Commission. Moved
by Councillor Baksa that Administration draw on the letter of credit and proceed to satisfy the
conditions of the Development Permits. Carried.

The delegation was in attendance and presented information on the above permit. Moved by A.
Zagorsky that we approve this permit subject to the applicant meeting all requirements of the
