The first is where is the official delivery point for the pivot from the EID in the subdivision, is it within the subdivision parcel or the remnant parcel; and, where does the supply line come from. The Acting Development Control Officer will obtain the requested information for the next Municipal Planning Commission meeting. c) CSA 2240 -Manufactured Homes Act The Acting Development Control Officer will obtain information on what manufactured homes standards were before 1997 and what they are now for the next Municipal Planning Commission meeting. d) Permit #2970 - SE 16-17-16-W4M -Division 4 Tony & Petra Brummelhuis (Owner/Applicant) Moved in 1976 manufactured home with porch addition P-196/06 MOVED BY B. MCKELLAR that the Municipal Planning Commission APPROVE Development Permit #2970 and that the building be classified as a "Manufactured Home" being a discretionary use within the A -Agricultural District. Approval is being granted for the temporary placement of a 1976 moved in 93.65 m2 (1,008 ft.z) manufactured home with 47.57 m2 (512 ft z) porch addition, as described in this application, where the following are required prior to commencement of construction, final approval and issuance of this permit: a) The developer providing the Development Officer with a copy of the building permit issued by a licensed, accredited building inspection agency for the County of Newell including inspection of electrical, gas, plumbing and sewage permits. b) The developer providing the Development Officer with a copy of an approved Private Sewage Disposal System (PSDS) permit issued by a licensed, accredited agency for the installation of a private sewage disposal system. ~~U. (Owner) /Mike Philip (Applicant) Heated truck storage building P-198/06 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR SCHROEDER that the Municipal Planning Commission APPROVE Development Permit # 2985 and that this "Accessory Building" and the overall use of the property be classified as a "Public Utility' being discretionary use within the HWYC - Highway Commercial District. Approval is being granted for the new construction of 334.45 mZ (3,600 ft.2) metal, heated truck wash bay and storage building, as described in this application and approved in the site plan submitted on October 3, 2006 on Lot 2, Block 2, Plan 0610460, containing 10.01 acres, where the following are required prior to commencement of construction, final approval and issuance of this permit: a) The developer providing the Development Officer with a copy of the building permit issued by a licensed, accredited building inspection agency for the County of Newell, if required. b) The developer providing a copy of a detailed landscaping treatment or screening plan for the parcel, where soils are suitable. DEVELOPMENT PERMITS CONTINUED b) Permit #2984 - NE 36-17-14-W4M -Division 2 Luke & Brenda Kropf (Owner/Applicant) To construct a foundation and then move in a 1983 manufactured home P-199/06 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR WUTZKE that the Municipal Planning _ Commission APPROVE Development Permit # 2984 and that the building be classified as a "Manufactured Home" being a discretionary use within the A -Agricultural District. Approval is being granted for the placement of a 1983 moved in 189.52 mZ (2,040 ft.2) manufactured home on a foundation, as described in this application, where the following are required prior to commencement of construction, final approval and issuance of this permit: a) The developer providing the Development Officer with a copy of the building permit issued by a licensed, accredited building inspection agency for the County of Newell including inspection of electrical, gas, plumbing and sewage permits b) The developer providing the Development Officer with a copy of an approved Private Sewage Disposal System (PSDS) permit issued by a licensed, accredited agency for the installation of a private sewage disposal system. c) The developer entering into an agreement with the County of Newell for the installation and/or upgrade of any required road approaches to the parcel. SWENSON that the Municipal Planning Commission APPROVE Development Permit # 2990 and that the addition be classified ''"' as a "Dwelling Unit" being a discretionary use within the A -Agricultural District. Approval is being granted for the construction of an addition ~~~. MCKELLAR that the Municipal Planning Commission APPROVE Development Permit # 3004 and that this building be relocated within the proper setbacks. Approval is being granted for the existing accessory building 13.51 m2 (145.42 ftz), as described in this application and shown on a revised site plan to be submitted during the development permit application process and part of conditions subject to receiving final issuance, on lands legally described as Plan 0211873, Block 7, Lot 7 Ptn. The total number of commercial vehicles used in conjunction with this home occupation shall not exceed two. e. The applicant ensuring there is no outside storage of goods or materials related to this Home Occupation Permit. f. The applicant ensuring adequate parking space is available for this use; up to two stalls, within the front yard setback. g. The applicant ensuring daily business related trips do not exceed four. h. This permit being valid for a time period of three years from the date of approval, at which time it may be either revoked or renewed by the Development Authority. Approval is being granted for the placement of a 1978 year old moved in 88.44 mz (952 ft.z) manufactured home on raised pilings, and a 26.76 m2 (288 ft.2) addition, as described in this application, where the following are required prior to commencement of construction, final approval and issuance of this permit: a) The developer providing the Development Officer with a copy of the building permit issued by a licensed, accredited building inspection agency for the County of Newell including inspection of electrical, gas, plumbing and sewage permits. b) The developer providing the Development Officer with a copy of an approved Private Sewage Disposal System (PSDS) permit issued by a licensed, accredited agency for the installation of a private sewage disposal system. c) The developer entering into an agreement with the County of Newell for -. the installation and/or upgrade of any required road approaches to the parcel. The Chairman will contact both Alberta Health and Wellness and Alberta Environment for guidance, and if the County cannot enforce any regulations in this matter, neighbors will have to address their issues with these departments themselves. 17.
