MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
January 10, 2013
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County of Newell was held
in the County Office at Brooks, AB on Thursday, January 10, 2013 commencing at
10:00 a.m.

The Chairman called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

20, 2012 Municipal Planning Commission meeting be adopted as presented.

The Chairman called for post agenda items.
5. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
P-03/13 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR M. DOUGLASS that the agenda be adopted as
presented.

6. CONSTRUCTION PERMIT REPORT
a) Construction Permits January to December 2012
The Manager of Planning and Development provided information on
construction permits that have been issued by the County between
January 1- December 31, 2012.

adopted as presented.

To create a 14.86 acres (6.01 ha) parcel from a title of 151.4 acres
(61.29 ha)
P-05/13 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR C. AMULUNG that subdivision #2012-0-216 be
lifted from the table.
MOTION CARRIED
The County Planner provided background information on the proposed
subdivision.
P-06/13 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR M. DOUGLASS that the Municipal Planning
Commission Table subdivision #2012-0-216, until further information is
available.
