Monday, Municipal on Tuesday, Agriculture on Thursday, and Council
on Friday of the first full week of each month. Carried.

Moved by Councillor Hall that the mileage rate be increased to
12¢ per mile. Carried.
Moved by Councillor Andrews that Councillor fees be set at $20.00
per day. Carried.
Moved by Councillor Fabian that the Reeve or Deputy Reeve, with the
Municipal Secretary or Assistant have signing authority on all
General Banking and the Municipal Secretary or Assistant have signin
authority for Payroll account. Carried.

Moved by Councillor Tautfest that D.N. James be appointed County
~lelfare Officer. Carried.
Current Bonds for Secretary and Staff were presented.

Moved by Councillor Musgrove that Bevan & Hutch be appointed as
Auditors for 1970. Carried.
Moved by Councillor Bartlett that by-law 387 for borrowing $300,000.
if required, receive first, second, and third readings.
Carried Unanimously.

Be it resolved that in accordance with Municipal Government Act,
it I the following remunerations be paid to the Chairman, Councillors
'~ and T~7embers of the School Committee, Agricultural Committee,
~~ , Farm Purchase Board, and the Court of Revision for the year 190,

I'' $20.00 per day for each Councillor or member for each meeting
~I' ' attended.
'~ 12¢ per mile for each mile necessarily travelled in coming to
'i and returning from meetings of the Council or Committee.
jl; ' $20.00 per day for the Chairman for each day necessarily spent
ii i in the discharge of his duties as Chairman other than attendance
at Council meetings.
12¢ per mile for each mile necessarily travelled in discharge of
1; his duties as Chairman.
$20.00 per day to each Councillor or member for the time necessarily
occupied in laying out or inspecting work performed or to be
performed for tYe County.
12¢ per mile for each mile necessarily travelled in respect to the
laying out or inspection of work performed or to be performed for
the County.
$20.00 per day to each Councillor or member attending Committee
Meetings.
12¢ per mile for each mile necessarily travelled in respect of
Committee Meetings.
$20.00 per day to the Reeve for each day served in performing
his duties as Reeve of the County.
12¢ per mile for each mile necessarily travelled in respect of his
duties as Reeve.
Done and passed with the unanimous consent of the Council this
5th day of December, 1969.
